On July 14, Bee-Clean welcomed service partners, suppliers and industry professionals to The Inn at the Quay in New Westminster, British Columbia, for our Service Partner Engagement Conference & Trade Show. The event brought together many of the industry’s leading manufacturers, distributors and service providers for a full day of networking, education and collaboration.
With more than 25 exhibitors showcasing the latest products, equipment and technologies, attendees had the opportunity to explore innovative solutions while connecting directly with the people behind them. Throughout the day, conversations focused on strengthening partnerships, sharing best practices and discovering new ways to support exceptional service across the facilities maintenance industry.
For Bee-Clean, the conference was about much more than showcasing products—it was about investing in the people and partnerships that help deliver exceptional service every day.
“At Bee-Clean, we believe professional development extends beyond our own employees,” said Michael Hudson, Director, Health, Safety and Environment (British Columbia).
“By bringing together our service partners, vendors and industry experts to share ideas, challenges and innovations, we strengthen the entire network that supports our clients. It’s an opportunity to connect our partners with the resources, expertise and new technologies that support continuous improvement and long-term success.”
In addition to the bustling trade show floor, the conference featured educational presentations and panel discussions covering powered equipment innovations and troubleshooting, selecting the right cleaning equipment for different facilities, sustainable supply selection, chemistry dispensing innovations, and mentorship and career development for women in management.
The sessions encouraged open discussion and knowledge sharing, giving attendees practical insights they could take back to their own organizations while highlighting the value of collaboration across the industry.
Bee-Clean Regional Account Manager John Eng said one of the conference’s greatest strengths was the opportunity to connect face-to-face with colleagues and service partners.
“Many of us work remotely with our colleagues and service partners, so I appreciate the opportunity to meet everyone face-to-face,” John said. “The trade conference not only introduces us to new technologies in our industry, but the presentation seminars also help us better understand the equipment we already use.”
Throughout the day, attendees built new relationships, strengthened existing ones, explored emerging industry trends and exchanged ideas between sessions. The event reinforced Bee-Clean’s commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships that drive continuous improvement across the facilities maintenance industry.
The conference concluded with prize draws, closing remarks and an opportunity to celebrate the relationships that make events like this possible. Looking ahead, Bee-Clean remains committed to growing the event and creating even more opportunities for collaboration, learning and innovation.
Pooja Ruprell, a Vancouver-based Regional Vice President for Bee-Clean, said the conference continues to be one of Bee-Clean’s most valuable investments in its people and partnerships.
“It gives our contractors, supervisors, managers and supplier partners the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, explore new technologies and work together to continually improve the service and innovative solutions we provide to our clients,” Pooja said.
Bee-Clean extends its sincere thanks to every exhibitor, presenter, attendee and organizing team member who helped make the Service Partner Engagement Conference & Trade Show a success.
