Bee-Clean is currently looking for an exceptional Team Lead for the Cranbrook area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a full-time opportunity. We are Canada’s largest 100% Canadian-owned janitorial company. With over 20 offices across Canada, we have been providing expert building maintenance and complete janitorial services for 50 years to a variety of clients.
Monday through Friday, shifts can range between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and 12 p.m. and 8 p.m., and finish and start times can be task-dependent.
Responsibilities include

Train employees
-
Cover shifts when needed

Attend sites daily / weekly

Communicate deficiencies with employees and subcontractors

Willing to train on basic machines

Light computer work will be required
Requirements
- Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks of which Bee Clean covers all costs
- Available to work mornings, afternoons and evenings
- Able to move items up to 50 pounds
- License & clean driving abstract
- Reliable vehicle
- Attention to detail and multitasking
