Statement of Commitment
Bee-Clean is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. Bee-Clean firmly believes in integration and equal opportunity. We are committed to meeting the needs of people who are disabled by a barrier in a timely manner, and will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Manitobans Act.
Accessible Emergency Information
Bee-Clean is committed to providing our customers and clients with publicly available emergency information in an accessible way, upon request. We will also provide employees who are disabled by a barrier with individualized emergency response information, when necessary.
Training
Bee-Clean provides training to our employees on the applicable Manitoba accessibility laws and on the Human Rights Code as it relates to people who are disabled by a barrier. Training is provided to employees as it pertains to their duties.
Bee-Clean will take all the necessary steps and measures to ensure employees are provided with the training needed to meet Manitoba’s accessible laws by November 1, 2018.
Information and Communications
Bee-Clean is committed to meeting the communication needs of people who are disabled by a barrier. We will consult with people who are disabled by a barrier to determining their information and communication needs.

Accessibility (Ontario) – Multi-Year Accessibility Plan Review
Bee-Clean Review of AODA Implementation and Accessibility Initiatives
This review examines Bee-Clean’s efforts in implementing the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its commitment to fostering a barrier-free and inclusive environment for persons with disabilities. The review aims to evaluate the company’s progress, successes, challenges, and future goals related to accessibility.
Our 2014-21 accessibility plan outlined Bee-Clean’s commitment through actions, policies, and procedures that Bee-Clean put in place to improve opportunities for people with disabilities. Unless noted otherwise, such actions, policies, and procedures were effective immediately as of 2014 and continue to be reviewed and assessed on a regular basis, with a more formal annual review.
Our most recent review was conducted in December 2023, and as such content on this page reflects any changes or actions conducted to ensure we maintain and exceed AODA compliance. Completion of an action demonstrates that it was fully implemented by the date and continues to be an ongoing practice at Bee-Clean.

We continue our commitment to meet the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner and will continue to do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
Accessible Emergency Information
Upon review, Bee-Clean continues its commitment to providing our customers and clients with publicly available emergency information in an accessible way, upon request. We also provide employees with disabilities with individualized emergency response information, when necessary.
Employment
Upon review, Bee-Clean continues its commitment to fair and accessible employment practices. Bee-Clean continues to accommodate people with disabilities during the recruitment, assessment processes, and hiring process. More specifically:
- Bee-Clean continues the formal process for developing individual accommodation plans and return-to-work policies for employees that have been absent due to a disability. This was completed January 1, 2016, and we continue to review annually.
- Bee-Clean continues to take the necessary measures to ensure the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities. These were considered at the development and implementation of our formal performance management, career development, and redeployment processes. This was completed and implemented on January 1, 2016.
- Bee-Clean continues to take the necessary steps and measures to prevent and remove other accessibility barriers identified. This was completed as stipulated in the legislation.
Training
Upon review, Bee-Clean continues to provide training to our employees and new employees on the applicable Ontario accessibility laws and on the Human Rights Code as it relates to people with disabilities. Training has been provided in various formats/way that best suits the duties of our employees.
Kiosks
Bee-Clean does not currently use self-serve kiosks.
Information and Communications
Bee-Clean continues its commitment to providing the communication needs of people with disabilities. We consult with people with disabilities to determine their information and communication needs. More specifically:
- Bee-Clean IT and Communication Teams have ensured that all necessary steps have been taken to make all websites and content conform with WCAG 2.0, Level AA, this was completed January 1, 2021 and is reviewed regularly to address accessibility compliance
- Bee-Clean is a private company, which has made the required and necessary steps to make sure all our publicly available information is made accessible. This was completed January 1, 2016 and is reviewed annually.
Future Goals:
Bee-Clean is resolute in its dedication to maintaining and enhancing accessibility for all individuals, aligning with the principles set forth by the AODA. This commitment extends to ongoing efforts to identify and address emerging accessibility challenges, ensuring a continually inclusive environment.
Completed in December 2023, this review reflects Bee-Clean’s diligence in adhering to AODA best practices and demonstrates the company’s commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
