China Expansion: A Testament to Global Growth
Bee-Clean entered the dynamic Chinese market in December 2017, embarking on a journey that has seen remarkable growth over the past five years. Our dedicated team in China has expanded to 90 employees, providing high-quality cleaning services covering an impressive 1.9 million square feet of office space.
Despite our relatively short time in China, Bee-Clean has already left an indelible mark. That is to say, we operate with our core values centered around quality, employee health and safety, and environmental responsibility within the commercial cleaning industry. Beyond custodial services, we have actively collaborated with BOMA China. This supports our goals of advocating for international cleaning standards and sustainable practices throughout the country.
As we move forward, Bee-Clean remains unwavering in our dedication to providing the best commercial cleaning service to our clients in China and on an international level. Our commitment extends beyond borders, and our global presence continues to be a testament to our pursuit of excellence.
U.S. Expansion: A Strategic Move Forward
In the fall of 2022, Bee-Clean announced a significant milestone on an international level with the acquisition of Heritage Building Maintenance, an Iowa-based provider of commercial cleaning services. This strategic partnership marked Bee-Clean’s official entry into the U.S. market, opening doors to new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

With approximately 300 employees, Heritage Building Maintenance serves the U.S. Midwest with its head office located in Des Moines and its recent expansion into Cedar Rapids. Heritage has become an integral part of Bee-Clean’s expansion strategy on an international level and in the U.S. This commercial cleaning partnership reflects our shared commitment to excellence, sustainability, and corporate values.
